Please schedule an appointment by using the form below. Office hours by appointment are on Tuesday from 4-5pm and Wednesday from 3-5 pm. Open hours are on Tuesday from 5-6 pm. In case of an emergency, you can use this system to cancel an appointment. I can also remind you of an appointment and let you know of any changes in my schedule.
If you want to talk about your schedule or your program, please bring with you your CAP I, CAP II, or GAP form (or all three). Try to fill these out before coming in to meet with me. All forms can be found on the SPED website: http://www.sfsu.edu/~spedcd If you cannot find a form on-line, please ask in the SPED office in Burk Hall Rm. 158. If you have questions about registration, financial aid, adding classes, or other problems with SFSU, you should go to the SPED office, they will be better able to answer your questions than most faculty.
